I love this restaurant! Such an awesome atmosphere and amazing team. The food and coffee is delicious and I always love going to see the local artists’ work on display. And they do so much good for the community! This month they are doing an autism awareness beignet which proceeds go to the Harwood Center and it’s SO GOOD. Love this place and will be coming back again and again.

Ordered the traditional beignets. They were very good, they only thing I have to complain about is they are not giving enough sugar. They only sprinkle it on top which causes you to taste more bread than anything. Wasn’t even enough for me to dip the dolls inBeing born and raised in NOLA, we are used to them being drenched in sugar!!! But I know now to ask for EXTRA SUGAR.

My husband and I were unsure of what coffee we wanted, but the women behind the counter helped with that and our dietary restrictions. The food was a 10 out of 10. We got the dead Elvis, crazy camper, sweet juju, and muddy zombie. All of them are so good .

We found this unique café by chance! There was a billboard that advertised VooDoo Café with pictures of their famous voodoo doll shaped beignets with a red spear in the doll. I loved their advertisement and decided to go check it out myself. It's located off a rather busy roadway with plenty of parking! When you walk in, the walls are covered in art from located artist, family board games to play while you eat, handmade crafts, and voodoo crocheted dolls. Their menu has just about anything to please anyone! Hot coffee, cold coffee, and even uncommon drinks. Their selection of voodoo beignets is so large that you can get more than one to share! They have traditional Nutella, cinnamon, and peanut butter along with other flavors. The customer service was great!! The employee who took our order gave us their recommendations and what pairs best. If you like the VooDoo atmosphere and flavorful drinks and food, definitely make a pit stop to VooDoo Café!

My husband and I were looking for coffee and just saw this place out of the corner of our eye and decided to give it a try!! BEST DECISION OF THE DAY! I really wish I would have taken photos of everything but we devoured it before the thought even crosses my mind. We got the Thai coffee, purple haze, strawberry laveau, feta and Louise, and voodoo jack! Absolutely amazing. The beignets were fluffy and not soaked in grease and the toppings complemented them perfectly. I can not recommend this place enough. And the service was so amazing. We told the cashier it was our first time here and she walked us through everything and gave great recommendations. You HAVE to come here!
